Our organization conducts a Teachers’ Training Programme aimed at enhancing the pedagogical skills of current teachers and facilitating the induction of new teachers. We have established training centers across the country to meet local educational needs.

To date, 2,200 teachers have enrolled in this program, with 1,200 successfully completing their training. Our organization fully covers all associated expenses.

The curriculum is carefully designed to include not only the necessary syllabus but also modern educational methodologies, commandments and ethics, and beliefs. This comprehensive curriculum is also accessible to the momeneen who wish to participate.

Moreover, our female teachers play a significant role in fostering a religious environment both within their schools and in the surrounding communities. To support this, we have developed a parallel training program for female teachers, mirroring the structure provided for male teachers. This initiative aims to elevate the quality of teaching staff within our schools and empower them to contribute actively to the creation of a religious atmosphere.
